This easy and practical guide provides short and simple techniques to help you learn to befriend your feelings and settle your nervous system. Once you allow yourself to slow down and listen to your deepest self, the door is opened to trusting the instinctual part of you that already knows what to do. These short meditations, some of which are included as accompanying audio files, are designed to settle your nervous system and steer you through challenging emotions as a way to rewire your brain and body and give you instant access to your own internal feedback system so that you can take back your innate power to heal.
